RAFCO Factory Company was contracted by TANAJIB to design, fabricate, and erect pre-engineered steel structures for two flagship sports facilities located in Mjmaa and Skaka in the Al-Jawf and Qassim regions of Saudi Arabia.
The project involved the supply of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel structures totalling 3,500 m² of covered floor area across both locations. Each facility required customized structural solutions to accommodate the unique layout requirements of a modern fitness and wellness centre, including large clear-span spaces, high eave heights for sports courts, and integrated ventilation systems.
RAFCO's engineering team worked closely with Leejam's project managers to ensure the structural steel met all architectural intent while adhering to Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements. The fabrication was carried out at RAFCO's Eastern Province facilities in Dammam and Jubail, with on-site erection teams deployed simultaneously to both locations to meet the accelerated programme.
